In a smoke-veiled corner of the city, beneath brass chandeliers and the quiet hiss of pressurized steam, the Toxic Tea Society gathers once more. This secretive, high-society event draws brilliant inventors, eccentric scholars, and rogue alchemists to a velvet-draped salon where tea is brewed in gear-powered kettles and every blend holds strange potential. Under the pretense of civility, they sip and scheme, discussing world-changing discoveries and dangerous ideas. When a guest suddenly collapses after tasting a rare infusion, the question arises—was it poison, a misfired transmutation, or deliberate sabotage? One thing is certain: not every member of the Society will leave the parlor alive.

This will be a murder mystery meets escape room. Character sheets will include clues to solve the puzzles, and players work together to survive.

The Doctor joins guests from wildly different eras, including a Roman senator, a Martian botanist, a Victorian spy, a post-apocalyptic mechanic, and more, who have been invited to the grand opening of a new wing in the Museum of All Time. Each has been selected as an honored representative of their timeline and welcomed to a lavish gala reception featuring food, drink, and dazzling exhibits from across history. The celebration takes a darker turn when they discover their personal displays contain troubling inaccuracies, some insulting and others dangerously misleading. As tensions rise and secrets unravel, one thing becomes clear: someone is rewriting history, and they are willing to kill to do it.

Future mystery ideas

A band of smugglers, bounty hunters, and scoundrels gather in a seedy Tatooine cantina to inspect a game-changing new piece of tech—one that could make their heists more daring than ever. But with rivalries, grudges, and Imperial eyes watching, betrayal is inevitable. Will their latest score lead to fortune, or will treachery and murder tear them apart first?

Every century, the fae gather for an enchanted masquerade ball deep in the heart of the Everveil Forest, where pranks and games reign supreme. The more elaborate the trick, the greater the prestige. However, this year’s masquerade has taken a deadly turn. One of the guests has been found lifeless, their magic drained. Was it a prank gone too far or something more sinister?

Deep in the heart of the Glowing Grove, the fungal folk of the Mycelium Court gather for the Flowering Festival, a sacred soiree signaling the start of the season’s cycle. Bioluminescent blooms bathe the bustling banquet in a bewitching glow as sage spore-speakers share wisdom, sprightly sproutlings take their first steps, and the entire colony sways in synchronized symbiosis. Festivity turns to fear when a revered rootkeeper is found shriveled near the Great Spore Spring. Was it a power-hungry peer, an oblivious outsider, or something sinister seeping into the sacred spores? With the fungal fellowship in fragile balance, the myconids must ferret out the fiend before the corruption consumes the colony’s core.

Tucked within a hollowed asteroid at the edge of known space, the Crystal Collider Project brings together the brightest minds in science and sorcery. Elves and engineers, androids and alchemists—scholars from across the multiverse have gathered to witness a once-in-a-lifetime experiment: the collision of raw arcane energy with cutting-edge tech. If it works, the collider could revolutionize existence itself. But as the countdown begins and tensions crackle through the lab like stray lightning, uneasy alliances and buried grudges bubble to the surface. Not everyone wants the experiment to succeed—and someone is about to ensure it doesn’t. The collision will change everything… but first, someone will die.

The idea behind this one is that I let AI make all choices about the plot, and we see what happens.

Deep within an ancient library, members of a secretive sorcerer’s guild delve into their magical studies, each immersed in an ancient tome or casting spells that illuminate the dim room. Among the towering bookshelves and scattered scrolls, secrets are waiting to be uncovered, but something darker may be at work in the shadows. When someone is found dead the guild’s hidden secrets, rivalries, and forbidden magic must be uncovered to reveal who committed the crime and why.
Possible Characters: Senior sorcerers, a magical prodigy, a mysterious newcomer, a rebellious apprentice, a scholarly librarian, the chambermaid.

Wicked Woods

A group of travelers is forced to take refuge in an eerie forest known for its unpredictable magic. As night falls, one of them is found dead, and the rest must navigate through enchantments, illusions, and hidden agendas to uncover the truth. Possible Characters: A cursed hunter, a witch, a fae trickster, a reclusive scholar, and a knight with a dark secret.

To my most esteemed adventurers, dark tidings have befallen my realm, and I find myself in need of brave souls willing to uncover the truth. For each champion willing to take on the challenge, send me the following in secret:

• Who are you, and what path have you walked?
• What compels you to answer a queen’s quest?
• What bonds or rivalries tie you to others who might attend?

I offer gold and royal favor to any who can aid me in this dire matter. You will feast at my table and share your tales before beginning the search. But beware, I cannot guarantee all will survive to collect the rewards.

Lost in the Delta Quadrant, the crew of USS Voyager makes contact with a seemingly peaceful alien species offering an alliance and access to a rare energy source. To celebrate, both crews attend a diplomatic dinner aboard Voyager. Tensions simmer beneath the surface as some officers distrust the aliens’ sudden generosity, while others hope this is a step toward finally getting home. Diplomacy turns deadly when one of the alien delegates is found dead in the astrometrics lab, apparently killed with Starfleet technology. With suspicion cast on Voyager’s crew and the fragile alliance hanging by a thread, Captain Janeway must lead an investigation to uncover the truth and keep them in the Delta Quadrant at all costs.

Captain Kirk, Spock, various officers, and crewman Smith beam down to an unknown planet to investigate. While exploring, they eventually realize no one has seen Smith’s vibrant red shirt in some time. Can the away party figure out what happened before anyone else goes missing?

Completed mysteries

Once a year, the most feared and fabled beings in existence gather for the Monsters’ Ball, a grand celebration held in the shadowy halls of a long-abandoned manor. Vampires, witches, werewolves, and other creatures of legend come to revel in secrecy, cloaked in magic and mystery. But this year, a chilling rumor spreads through the ballroom: a human has infiltrated the guest list. When one of the guests is found dead, they begin to wonder if a monster hunter has found their way inside, or if the danger lies among their own kind.

In the neon underworld of a dystopian city, someone has been secretly implanting microchips into members of the hacker collective. The chips change behavior, suppress memories, and turn allies into threats. There’s no murder — yet — but time is running out to find the mole before someone’s autonomy disappears for good.
